extended stay or long term rental agreements will be accomodated.
reservations
will be held for five (5) days and confirmed once the
down payment is received to hold your reservation. the down payment
is 1/2 of the rent due for your vacation and if received with in the
five (5) days your spot will be secured. if the deposit is not
received prior to the five (5) days your reservation can be booked
by someone else.
a refundable
$250 damage deposit is required in addition to the
rental fee. the damage deposit will be returned to the renter
within three weeks (more than likely sooner) of their stay. as soon
as the home can be inspected for damage and or loss of items the
damage deposit will be settled.
if the home
has been reserved and the party cancels, the deposit
will be returned if the cancellation is made four months in advance
of their reservation date. a cancellation with in four months will
result in the deposit being held until the property is rented at
which time a full refund will be available to the party in question.
